All athletes and JROTC students will be registering online at https://athleticclearance.com/.
The following are required documents that need to be uploaded to your athlete profile:
(1) Sports physical--EL2
(2) Birth certificate
(3) Proof of insurance
Upon completion of your online registration, you will be asked to print and sign a document stating you have completed this process entirely. Athletes WILL NOT be approved to participate in conditioning, practice, or competition without registration and clearance from the athletic director.
