⛳Oh the Places They'll Go! Congratulations Austin! ⛳
Austin Henning, 2026 DHS graduate, is taking his talents across the globe as he begins an exciting new chapter at Rome City Institute in Rome, Italy, where he has earned a golf scholarship while pursuing a U.S. accredited degree in International Business through Jacksonville University. We are incredibly proud of Austin for chasing his dreams both on the golf course and in the classroom. Your hard work, determination, and Bulldog spirit have opened doors to an incredible opportunity, and we can't wait to see all you accomplish. Special recognition goes to Arcadia Golf Course Director, Mr. Jeffrey Gibson, PGA who has been Austin’s mentor and coach since 6th grade. Mr. Gibson told Austin's family, “I will teach him how to play and he will get scholarships to play college golf.” The rest is history.
Best of luck in Italy, Austin! We'll be cheering you on every step of the way!
